About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo de Logística na Amplo Engenharia, responsável pela organização e gestão de viagens. Interfere na cotação e administração de despesas de viagem, comunicação com fornecedores e aprovações internas.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and organize travel logistics requests via email and spreadsheets (we do not use an integrated system).
  • Source and obtain quotes from partner suppliers (hotels, airline tickets, taxis, car rental companies), taking into account the specific requirements of each project and region.
  • Communicate with suppliers by email and phone. Airline ticket issuance is handled through a partner travel agency.
  • Prospect new suppliers when necessary, according to the project's area of operation.
  • Monitor and manage travel expenses through the Onfly platform (corporate card).
  • Organize and reconcile teams' meal and local transportation expenses.
  • Update and maintain expense spreadsheets by project.
  • Send financial information to the responsible department with proper project classification.
  • Request internal approvals from project coordination for accommodations and tickets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of administrative routines is desirable.
