About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting NCCPA's Board and Executive teams. Engaging in governance activities and managing grant cycles with a commitment to professional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the work of NCCPA and nccPA Health Foundation Board of Directors
  • Cultivates positive professional relationships with Board members
  • Assists with handling arrangements for quarterly Board, committee meetings
  • Manages complete grant cycle from application through final reporting
  • Organizes official records and files related to NCCPA’s governance activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of related professional work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multiple priorities and supporting executive level individuals and groups
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications especially in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
