About the role

  • Prepare rate indications and experience exhibits using standard actuarial methodologies.
  • Provide impact analyses and actuarial support for rate filings.
  • Develop skills to extract and manipulate data using industry-standard software.
  • Enhance actuarial expertise through exam progress (CAS) and on-the-job training.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate data interpretation and consistent actuarial practices.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects, maintain compliance with corporate policies, and continually refine best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Successful completion of 1–2 CAS exams is a plus.
  • Actuarial internship or relevant business experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation tools.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt.
