About the role
- Account Analyst responsible for financial statements and tax obligations in BPO settings. Collaborates with clients on accounting accuracy and compliance in São Paulo, Brasil.
Responsibilities
- Ancillary tax filings (DIRF, ECD, ECF)
- Calculation of corporate taxes under the Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido regimes (IRPJ and CSLL)
- Preparation of financial statements
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Analysis of expense entries
- Accounting classification
- Posting payroll entries
- Reconciliation of the tax ledger
- Monthly reporting of accounting information to the client
- Support for audits and regulatory inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Active CRC registration (Regional Accounting Council)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience working in BPO environments with the Lucro Real tax regime is preferred
- Knowledge of the MXM integrated system is a plus
- Intermediate English is a plus
