About the role

  • Own/maintain/grow existing business and deliver the scope of work for existing clients
  • Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction for existing customers
  • Support enterprise sales opportunities and retention of enterprise accounts
  • Lead development, facilitation, and reassessment of water management programs on assigned accounts
  • Direct or support deployment of Water Management Specialist (WMS/WME) with corporate oversight on profitability
  • Obtain contract renewals and purchase orders and conduct annual business reviews
  • Expansion-selling & cross-selling to increase revenue on existing accounts
  • Work with Director to maintain or obtain price increases to meet margin expectations
  • Work with Sales leadership to develop new business and maintain existing business
  • Maintain product knowledge with SDSO, Operations, and Marketing and leverage insights in client interactions
  • Utilize PowerBI, phiAnalytics, and other programs for decision-making and track client-facing performance metrics
  • Develop WMP documentation, conduct water system surveys, manage project timelines, and use internal quality processes
  • Collect, assimilate, and analyze data to generate Water Management Programs

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required (STEM Degree preferred)
  • Direct experience with our Sales processes, demonstrating an understanding of our processes, products, and markets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and “EQ” to work with Regional and ES sales teams and client counterparts
  • Solid understanding of our service delivery processes (PASL, PhiAnalytics, Operations, etc.)
  • Keen awareness and understanding of the client life cycle (i.e., when is the best time to introduce new products and services)
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement via structured training directed by the Senior Director of Account Management
  • Must live and travel in the St. Louis, MO metro area and work remotely from home as required
