About the role

  • Provide ongoing account management to assigned clients, representing EveryMatrix and taking full ownership of your portfolio.
  • Manage all operational issues efficiently and ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the Middle East Team’s processes and frameworks.
  • Conduct training sessions on company products and platforms for new clients.
  • Coordinate with other departments on ongoing general projects.
  • Monitor accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze data, run tracking, and report on key KPIs.
  • Lead in-depth monthly/quarterly performance reviews, providing insights, recommendations, and strategies to the Middle East Team.
  • Assist Finance and Legal with client documentation, ensuring clients are informed about technical and non-technical changes impacting their business.

Requirements

  • Advanced Turkish skills or native Turkish speaker.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in a relationship management or commercial role.
  • Previous B2B experience in a gaming development company, preferably one offering multiple iGaming verticals.
  • Genuine interest in online gaming and a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships.
  • Familiarity with key online business functions such as marketing, affiliates, customer service, payments, content, and development.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, workshops, and other business engagements.
  • Experience in IT/Telecoms or a related technical field is a plus.
  • Technical understanding of web services is desirable.
