- Respond to Account Manager requests in a timely manner
- Provide service and support to Account Managers on existing accounts
- Prepare summaries of insurance and recommend coverages
- Maintain client accounts on the agency management system
- Document conversations and properly attach documents to EPIC
- Follow up on outstanding orders and correspondence
- Respond to carrier requests for additional information
- Participate in seminars and other training for knowledge and skill development
- Provide backup in other areas as assigned
- Help develop efficiencies in automation and paper flow
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2-20 or 4-40 Florida Insurance License required
- Proven P & C Customer Service experience required
- Epic or other Agency Management Systems experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
