Associate Account Manager supporting service needs for clients in Commercial Lines at Acrisure. Responsible for assisting with policy changes, premium collections, and maintaining client accounts.
Responsibilities
Assist the Account Manager with service needs
Support Account Manager by requesting policy changes
Handle premium collections
Answer client questions and concerns
Respond to Account Manager requests in a timely manner
Provide service and support to Account Managers on existing accounts
Prepare summaries of insurance and recommend coverages
Maintain client accounts on the agency management system
Document conversations and properly attach documents to EPIC
Follow up on outstanding orders and correspondence
Respond to carrier requests for additional information
Participate in seminars and other training for knowledge and skill development
Provide backup in other areas as assigned
Help develop efficiencies in automation and paper flow
Requirements
College degree preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required
2-20 or 4-40 Florida Insurance License required
Proven P & C Customer Service experience required
Epic or other Agency Management Systems experience strongly preferred
Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
