About the role

  • Account Manager focusing on revenue growth by managing strategic healthcare accounts at Medbridge. Engage with clients to develop and expand key healthcare solutions while providing strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed retention and expansion quotas.
  • Builds strategic growth plans with customers and develops and executes on annual sales account plans.
  • Understand the customer business environment, and identify and implement ways Medbridge can assist clients in solving its top challenges through use of our solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive level relationships, and guide executive stakeholders with varying needs through a decision process.
  • Provide a consultative approach with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision makers, procurement processes, IT systems, and document workflow.
  • Coordinate communication with all internal teams to prioritize activities related to strategic approaches with key organizations.

Requirements

  • 8+ Years of Account Management Experience for SaaS Healthcare solutions.
  • Experience selling to or working within the healthcare industry, preferably health systems.
  • Proven track record of successful customer engagements with VP and Executive level stakeholders.
  • A strong foundation for strategic and tactical selling of a solution sale.
  • Ability to identify new use cases and collaborate with product and strategy teams to define requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Some travel required.
