About the role

  • Act as the go-to contact for B2B customers including solar installers and utilities in the Mexican market
  • Leverage customer feedback to enhance the software in collaboration with development team
  • Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek partnerships
  • Strategically plan and implement projects driving Reonic's growth and innovation

Requirements

  • C2-level Spanish proficiency (required)
  • Based in Mexico City or willing to relocate
  • Strong knowledge of software sales, preferably in startups or scale-ups with a SaaS product
  • Experience in B2B customer service or customer success with direct customer engagement
  • Technical background (e.g., industrial engineering)
  • Motivated to drive change in renewables
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican market
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English
