About the role

  • Manage and grow relationships of the sales team’s key accounts across managed services and self-serve clients
  • Lead as the main point of contact for servicing clients within patch allocation, maintaining end-to-end campaign management
  • Execute full suite of campaign delivery, troubleshooting, reporting, optimisations and recommendations
  • Develop account strategy to maximize advertiser spend with Quantcast and drive long-term retainer relationships
  • Drive the onboarding process of new accounts on both managed services and self-serve
  • Consult with clients to understand business and brand objectives and develop best-practice campaign setups and data-driven analysis
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Technical Operations Support and Engineering) to ensure campaigns meet service level agreements
  • Act as a pivotal resource for platform support, troubleshooting and collaborating with technical specialists to resolve technical issues
  • Provide face-to-face client support across Victoria, Queensland and South Australia with some National travel

Requirements

  • Have at least 3+ years client facing account management and operations experience in digital/programmatic media
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds of campaign strategies and executions
  • Strategic thinking, always looking to create opportunities for both clients and Quantcast
  • Enjoy technical troubleshooting, e.g. pixel implementation and identifying solutions for client needs
  • Experience making recommendations to clients to maximise campaign impact
  • Passionate about programmatic media with exposure to agency and direct clients across Australia
  • Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating meaningful conversations with external clients
  • Proven experience working with campaign reporting and analytics
  • Willingness to undertake some National travel for face to face client support
  • Bonus: Modifying SQL to pull needed data
  • Bonus: Advanced understanding and proven familiarity with troubleshooting Ad-Servers / Integrations and Tag Implemented platforms
