About the role

  • Manage projects end-to-end, from client briefing to creative development and production
  • Deliver campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on social-first and activation-driven work
  • Own the account management fundamentals: contact reports, status reports, budgets, POs, and audit trails
  • Drive projects forward by setting clear actions, responsibilities, and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to keep work on track and relationships strong
  • Anticipate challenges and problem-solve with a positive, proactive approach
  • Support the Account Director in managing campaign delivery while contributing your own critical thinking and recommendations

Requirements

  • Some experience in a creative communications agency as an Account Executive
  • Proven experience managing campaign delivery across channels beyond traditional media (e.g., social, influencer, PR, events)
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; confident in building strong relationships
  • A collaborative, energetic, and solutions-focused mindset, even under pressure
  • Curiosity about clients’ businesses and wider societal issues, and passion for the role creativity can play in solving them
