About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of SMB customers
  • Proactively manage the renewal cycle to minimize churn
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships with strategic accounts
  • Analyze customer data for growth strategies
  • Maintain operational hygiene across tools like Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Legal teams
