Deliver structured and insight-driven online news and social media analysis (including taxonomy design and refinement, and analysis) and convert outputs into c-suite-ready briefs and recommendations
Conduct reputation analysis (e.g., sentiment and narrative mapping, share-of-voice and message traction, stakeholder mapping, risk assessment) to inform strategy and response.
Interpret early-warning indicators, surfacing emerging risks, mis and disinformation and scenario implications
Producing content to meet client needs, these could include issue analysis and stakeholder Q&A packs, scenario training plans, risk assessments
Synthesise quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear recommendations that guide senior decision-making, grounded in data and measurable outcomes
Providing support on new business pitches – research, slide development, driving forward process including work back plans and managing junior teams’ input
Working hand in glove with our specialist Edelman DXI team to ensure data-driven insight is embedded in our client counsel
Requirements

A delivery-driven manager and creative problem solver that can confidently take responsibility of tasks and accounts
Ability to service multiple clients and manage workload whilst managing/coaching junior team members
Team player that can manage both up and down and take overall responsibility of day to day account activity
Experience of integrating and collaborating with different practices/teams on cross-business work
Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to articulate with confidence and gravitas, and understanding of how to incorporate earned, owned paid and social media in holistic communications plans
Interest in current affairs, news, international business, and consumes media in all forms
