About the role
- Drive customer retention and ensure customer satisfaction for dedicated client base
- Act as brand guardian for clients in production of POS and activation toolkits
- Understand and apply key retailer guidelines and deliverables
- Work closely with Creative Account Director on strategic growth and development
- Manage and measure non-operational innovation projects according to an Innovation Framework
- Develop strong professional and personal client relationships via face-to-face and remote engagement
- Support and deliver creative objectives and deliverables for new business to drive sales growth
- Ensure key project documentation is obtained, shared and communicated to relevant parties in a timely manner
- Collaborate with client services department and cross-functional internal teams
- Home-based role with travel to customers and Operations site (Ely) as required
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in retail and trade marketing environments
- Experience as a creative Account Manager within a Print and POS environment
- Understanding of FMCG industries
- Knowledge of retailer guidelines (preferable)
- Commercially aware and comfortable dealing with financial aspects of a role
- Strong communicator with passion and enthusiasm for POS retail marketing
- Excellent attention to detail; self-motivated and able to work at pace
- Excellent organisational, project management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to customers and Operations site (Ely)
