About the role

  • You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 200 accounts and focus on up and cross-selling of existing and new products, training, support and regular contact.
  • Identify, negotiate and close new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of customers to drive net growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers – Understanding their needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Responding to customers' needs and requirements in a timely fashion.
  • Maintaining correct and updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions and share with customers to position the company as a strategic partner.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years sales experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Account Executive within the tech/ SaaS space.
  • Problem solving, active listening and communication skills.
