You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 200 accounts and focus on up and cross-selling of existing and new products, training, support and regular contact.
Identify, negotiate and close new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of customers to drive net growth.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers – Understanding their needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.
Responding to customers' needs and requirements in a timely fashion.
Maintaining correct and updated knowledge of company products and services.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving process.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions and share with customers to position the company as a strategic partner.
Requirements
At least 3+ years sales experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Account Executive within the tech/ SaaS space.
Problem solving, active listening and communication skills.
