Requirements
Understanding of Law / Tort / Contracts and State Jurisdictions
Knowledge of the role of brokers and industry stakeholders
Solid understanding of the client structure, fee structure and invoice process
The ability to assess quantum and reserve effectively
Familiar with identifying conflicts of interest and corporation models
Understanding allocated corporate clients and their culture
Time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task
Effective Negotiation and advocacy ability
Dispute resolution experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience of drafting documents and letter writing
