About the role

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients under the guidance of Account Managers.
  • Join client meetings, prepare materials, and follow through on action items.
  • Support influencer selection, briefing, and content approvals.
  • Coordinate marketplace activities such as storefront updates, product listings, and promotional mechanics.
  • Monitor performance and flag optimization opportunities.
  • Translate client objectives into clear briefs for creative, influencer, and strategy teams.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Track campaign KPIs and compile reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time.
  • Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and marketplace best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in social media, account servicing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Comfortable with social platforms and marketplace tools (Meta, TikTok, TikTok Shop).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
