Account Executive for B2B Sales focusing on the Manufacturing industry. Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Alan, a health partner.
Responsibilities
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
In our B2B Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, working with companies of 20 to 300 employees and an average ARR of €150K.
Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects.
We sometimes manage customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding experience.
You’ll educate prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and onboard key stakeholders to make the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
You are expected to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospecting is a key part of the role;
Interest in engaging with prospects in the Manufacturing industry;
Full professional proficiency in French (C2 or equivalent) and advanced proficiency in English;
Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills;
Empathetic and passionate about understanding and solving prospects’ problems;
Able to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building;
Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models;
Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a small team;
Eager to learn quickly and make an impact from day one;
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Marseille.
