About the role

  • Supporting client meetings, writing clear contact reports and updating WIPs.
  • Helping prepare creative briefs, quotes and supplier documentation.
  • Managing admin touchpoints including job files, finance processes and sample libraries.
  • Providing thorough proofreading and ensuring accuracy across documentation.
  • Attending retail installations and events where required (sometimes outside office hours).
  • Collaborating with colleagues across creative, production and client services teams.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong interest in marketing, advertising or client service.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail, commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn.
