You will be part of our five-person team and serve as the primary contact for our major client DKB
Provide telephone and written advice and handle, answer and coordinate all inquiries related to qards' service scope
Analyze (new) requirements from our client and align with the relevant internal departments
Prepare proposals, decision papers and contract amendments in close cooperation with the business units and the legal department
Moderate client meetings and workshops
Develop and implement new processes and identify improvement potential in existing workflows
Participate in cross-departmental projects
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in the payments or banking sector, or in B2B customer support in similar industries
Strong customer and service orientation with a friendly, articulate and confident manner
Experience in process and quality management combined with good technical understanding as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
Structured and independent working style
IT affinity and experience in project work
Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Business-fluent German and good English skills
