About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, leading communications and strategy discussions.
  • Manage communication with all campaign and content stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Understand client goals, business models, and KPIs, and translate these into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media buyers, creatives, strategists) to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven performance updates with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across campaigns.
  • Champion client satisfaction and retention by anticipating challenges and presenting solutions.
  • Act as a commercial partner — keeping ROI, budgets, and client growth objectives at the centre of decision-making.
  • Translate client feedback into clear next steps for the team.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with agreed objectives.
  • Monitor performance across paid channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ensure rigorous quality control on all assets, acting as the final defense to maintain brand standards, performance goals, and accuracy.
  • Report to the Senior Account Manager and support agency growth and client strategy.

Requirements

  • You are comfortable managing client expectations, ensuring clear alignment on targets, forecasts and how to achieve them.
  • You are commercially aware and confident in advising clients on strategies that drive growth
  • You bring a client-first mindset and can act as a trusted advisor, not just a project manager
  • You have 1 years of experience in Account management, Project management or a similar role.
  • Hold previous experience within e-commerce, performance creative or digital marketing.
  • You are familiar with a service led business and the KPIs that follow this.
  • You can confidently lead client calls and communicate with a strong initiative to move projects forward.
  • You have a deep passion for and understanding of social media, algorithms, emerging and existing trends and what brings success for brands on Meta and Tiktok.
  • Take complete ownership of successes and failures, with a growth-first approach that prioritises client outcomes.
  • Commercially minded, always looking for ways to create more value for clients and the agency.
  • Confident in leading communications, setting the tone for client relationships, and influencing strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Proactive solution based mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Confidence in building long-term relationships and working in a fast paced startup environment.
