Drive new customer acquisition and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Build strong relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders across business and IT functions.
Deliver tailored demos and sales presentations to address specific customer needs.
Maintain clear forecasting and reporting through CRM systems.
Identify and nurture opportunities within existing accounts for expansion and growth.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong individual quota track record.
Proven success managing complex sales cycles and engaging executive-level buyers.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and processes.
Experience with CRM or BPM platforms would be a plus.
Very good/communicative English and fluency in Bahasa (Indonesian).
Based in Jakarta or open to regular in-person collaboration when needed.
