About the role

  • Account Executive driving growth by acquiring new clients for IntelyCare, enhancing nurse work experience. Collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, generate leads, and conduct sales presentation and negotiations to secure our upgrade the account business to drive growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and be able to effectively communicate IntelyCare’s value proposition to clients.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct client visits to better assess and understand opportunities to further leverage IntelyCare’s solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Recruiting, Marketing, and Product to ensure current and future client needs are met effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management, tracking performance against set targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and results utilizing Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven work experience and sales achievement results as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
