Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients, generate leads, and conduct sales presentation and negotiations to secure our upgrade the account business to drive growth.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and be able to effectively communicate IntelyCare’s value proposition to clients.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer retention and upsell opportunities.
Conduct client visits to better assess and understand opportunities to further leverage IntelyCare’s solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Recruiting, Marketing, and Product to ensure current and future client needs are met effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management, tracking performance against set targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and results utilizing Salesforce.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven work experience and sales achievement results as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and sales performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
