About the role

  • Senior Commercial Consultant at Positivo Tecnologia developing educational partnerships. Focused on relationship management and strategic sales within the educational sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze business opportunities in the education sector (schools, colleges, school networks, educational institutions, education companies, among others).
  • Prospect and qualify leads, converting them into clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop customized commercial proposals aligned with each institution's pedagogical, operational and strategic needs.
  • Act in a consultative manner with clients, supporting the selection of educational solutions best suited to their challenges and objectives.
  • Conduct complex negotiations with decision-makers in the education sector.
  • Present clear and consistent value propositions, demonstrating pedagogical and operational benefits and return on investment (ROI).
  • Negotiate and close sustainable and profitable contracts for the company.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, monitoring all stages of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients in the education segment.
  • Track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion, renewal and cross-/upselling.
  • Represent the company at educational events, trade shows, conferences, presentations and sector workshops.
  • Monitor trends in the education market, pedagogical, technological and regulatory innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Pedagogy/Education or related fields.
  • Solid experience in consultative sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Experience in complex negotiations and relationship management with decision-makers (directors, maintainers/funders, educational managers).
  • Strategic, analytical profile, results- and impact-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, relationship-building and influencing abilities.
  • Affinity for education, innovation and educational development solutions.
