About the role

  • Account Executive leading sales for TradeAware EUDR in Central and Eastern Europe. Combining space technology with AI to provide satellite monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle: From discovery to closing — with a strong focus on value-based selling to compliance, ESG, procurement, and sustainability leaders.
  • Educate and consult: Be a trusted advisor on EUDR, helping customers understand the regulatory implications and how TradeAware supports scalable compliance.
  • Manage complex stakeholders: Navigate mid- to enterprise-level buying groups, including C-level decision-makers.
  • Drive pipeline growth: Leverage your network and outbound initiatives to generate new opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams: Work closely with Solutions Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a world-class experience.
  • Represent TradeAware at events: Speak at webinars, attend trade expos, and contribute to thought leadership on EUDR and deforestation-free supply chains.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS or solution selling experience, ideally with exposure to ESG, compliance, logistics, or supply chain domains.
  • Proven success in closing complex deals with enterprise clients across Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
  • Fluent in German or Spanish and fluent English communication skills — written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling, value based selling and MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to translate complex technical products into compelling business value for senior stakeholders.
  • A passion for sustainability, supply chains, or regulatory tech is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of EUDR, ESG reporting standards, deforestation regulations, or traceability frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience selling to verticals like food & beverage, retail, timber, agriculture, or commodities trading is a plus.
  • Background in remote-first, high-growth SaaS startups is a plus.
