About the role

  • Work directly with a major global media agency partnership and social platforms
  • Work collaboratively with the London team and report into the Senior Account Director
  • Nurture and grow key agency relationship across Europe
  • Focus on growth and development of new campaign opportunities through the agency partnership
  • Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities within the agency partnership across their client portfolio
  • Build and implement operational processes and efficiencies to drive streamlined ways of working
  • Key stakeholder in developing partnership processes and ensuring seamless integration between Influencer and agency teams
  • Line manager: hold direct reports accountable and provide strategic solutions to support growth, retention and organisation of accounts
  • Team mentor: nurture growth and development through Influencer's personal development plan structure
  • Act as main point of contact for agency partners and their clients, trusted and responsive team leader
  • Source and sign-off effective solutions for complex campaign related issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Finance and Production
  • Track and report internally on campaign delivery and performance, and ensure timely invoicing
  • Project manage multiple projects simultaneously; delegate tasks and ensure highest level of client service
  • Maintain expert knowledge of platform features, formats and placements, paid media and cross-funnel marketing solutions

Requirements

  • 1+ years' working as an Account Director
  • Existing experience in influencer marketing or media/advertising
  • Experience working with media agencies or agency holding companies, understanding their processes and stakeholder structures
  • Experience working with project management tools, such as Monday.com
  • Passionate about and have an understanding of influencer marketing, social media and digital marketing and how it's evolving
  • Commercially aware, organised, confident and communicate exceptionally well
  • Meticulous with planning and able to think creatively to exceed targets
  • Self starter and happy to work autonomously as well as part of a team
