Requirements

  • 1-3 years of advertising agency experience
  • Located in (or around) the Madison area – this position will primarily work from home, but must be able to attend local client meetings as needed
  • Dedicated work ethic and commitment to high quality work
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-centric attitude
  • Strong communication skills and diplomacy
  • Good listening and distillation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Relentless attention to detail
  • Resourceful self-starter able to anticipate project/team needs and take initiative
