About the role

  • Lead multi-channel ABM across 100+ enterprise accounts to drive pipeline and sales alignment for Hitachi Americas, focusing on personalized campaigns and event engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) across digital, physical, face-to-face, and other channels to engage key accounts and drive pipeline growth
  • Develop tailored messaging and content strategies for multiple industries ensuring relevance to target audiences
  • Leverage modern marketing tools and techniques to deliver personalized, impactful experiences
  • Perform account intelligence: segmentation, prospect identification, and creating a marketing database of potential prospects
  • Partner closely with sales teams to align ABM strategies with account priorities and revenue goals and act as a trusted advisor to sales
  • Create accountability with systems/processes to assure timely and high-quality sales follow up on marketing activities
  • Regularly communicate campaign performance and account insights to sales stakeholders
  • Identify and segment key audiences within target accounts and design programs to warm them up and drive engagement
  • Develop strategies to drive attendance and participation in field marketing events
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and monitor pipeline impact and engagement metrics

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • 3-5 years focused on account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Proven track record of designing and executing ABM campaigns across diverse marketing mediums and channels
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on large enterprise technology solutions
  • Strong understanding or work experience with B2B buyers in the Mobility, Energy, Industrial, and Digital industries (a plus)
  • Deep understanding of modern marketing techniques, tools, and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, ABM platforms, analytics tools)
  • Exceptional people skills and ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Combination of education and work-experience will be considered; MBA a plus
  • Must be based in the US (role supports Hitachi Americas and is based in the US)
