Responsibilities
Independent planning, execution and management of SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram)
Analysis and optimization of campaigns based on KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR, conversion rate) to increase performance and profitability
Development and implementation of scalable strategies for SEA and Meta channels
Conducting regular performance analyses to identify optimization potential
Collaboration with international subsidiaries (e.g., USA, Spain, France)
Responsibility for budget planning and control for managed channels to ensure efficient use of resources
Coordination with e-commerce and product management for cross-channel marketing approaches
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or E‑Commerce
Several years of experience in e‑commerce, Meta and social media
Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
Highly developed analytical skills and data literacy
High level of initiative, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
Fluent in German and English
