  • Online Marketing Manager at Zwiesel Kristallglas AG, planning SEA/Meta campaigns and optimizing performance metrics. Analyzing results, managing budgets, and collaborating with international teams in the E-Commerce space.

Responsibilities

  • Independent planning, execution and management of SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Analysis and optimization of campaigns based on KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR, conversion rate) to increase performance and profitability
  • Development and implementation of scalable strategies for SEA and Meta channels
  • Conducting regular performance analyses to identify optimization potential
  • Collaboration with international subsidiaries (e.g., USA, Spain, France)
  • Responsibility for budget planning and control for managed channels to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Coordination with e-commerce and product management for cross-channel marketing approaches

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or E‑Commerce
  • Several years of experience in e‑commerce, Meta and social media
  • Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
  • Highly developed analytical skills and data literacy
  • High level of initiative, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in German and English
