About the role

  • Digital Marketing Specialist managing and optimizing company’s digital presence across websites and marketing channels. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all company websites (PRs, tradeshows, marketing & application pages, technology pages, hotboxes, translations, and new language content).
  • Ensure visual appeal and smooth functionality, including approving new features and testing bug fixes.
  • Manage leads daily, create digital marketing emails, and support campaigns through CRM systems.
  • Prepare monthly reports including Digital Monthly Report, Lead Report, and CRM/CE Report.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for digital campaigns.
  • Execute manual tasks for projects such as adding new website languages or content entry.
  • Communicate with digital partners, SEO partners, and service providers regarding services, proposals, statistics, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support small- and medium-scale decisions, including new page creation or feature requests.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing).
  • Handle SLA expenses, approve invoices, and support budget-related tasks.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and propose improvements to campaigns, website functionality, and overall online presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with website management platforms (CMS) and CRM systems.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, analytics platforms, social media management).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English for coordinating with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues, manage digital projects, and propose improvements.
  • Ensuring website content accuracy, proper translations, and high-quality digital materials.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and learning new digital marketing tools or processes quickly.
