About the role

  • Digital Marketing Assistant in Kepak's award-winning team, managing digital campaigns and website optimization.

Responsibilities

  • **Digital Campaigns: **Working on the digital activation of our brand campaigns via our website, email, PPC, and social media.
  • **Website Management and Optimisation: **Day-to-day tasks related to website content updates, blog post writing and publishing, page updates, design, copywriting, and website page building tasks.
  • **CRM Management: **Maintaining and updating the CRM with new leads, conducting research on incoming queries, coordinating with the sales team, and auditing and cleansing data to support accurate reporting and seamless communication across the business.
  • **Creative Writing and Visual Content Design: **Wordsmith persuasive copy and design high-impact visual content to be used across a variety of channels (website, email, social media).
  • **Email Marketing: **Plan and produce high-impact email campaigns (copy, creative, build, scheduling via a best-in-class email marketing tool/CRM) with focus on excellent user experience and conversion optimisation.
  • **Social Media Marketing: **Assist in managing our social media channels. Plan and implement social media campaigns; create and curate high-impact content, set up and manage paid campaigns on Meta and Linkedin. Increase reach and engagement with key target audiences.
  • **Reporting & Analytics: **Provide website, email and social media KPI reports on ongoing basis, translating data into actionable insights.
  • **Digital Projects: **Support our Digital Team in the delivery of strategic digital projects for the business.

Requirements

  • You have some **experience in a digital marketing role** and/or relevant **training or a diploma** in digital marketing.
  • You have **excellent written and verbal communication skills**, and strong **copywriting ability** is essential.
  • You have **design flair** and **image-editing skills** (Photoshop or Canva).
  • You are a savvy social media user with a good understanding of **social media analytics**.
  • You have a basic understanding of **digital analytics tools** (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and are comfortable interpreting performance data.
  • You are **energetic and enthusiastic** about digital marketing, you work well independently, and you love taking initiative. You have a genuine interest in digital marketing, are a **creative problem-solver**, and are passionate about creating excellent digital experiences.
