Responsibilities
In collaboration with our design team, you design campaigns for your clients and routinely optimize them for maximum performance, preferably on LinkedIn but also on Meta and Google
You conceive, create, and test various social ads strategies together with your clients, drawing on your experience
You monitor the success of campaigns and learn from the results
You take responsibility for overall project management and serve as the primary point of contact for your clients
You contribute to internal initiatives such as participating in and running workshops, process optimizations, training activities, or writing engaging blog posts
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in social ads, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads
Several years of experience in project management and client-facing roles
Proficient with tools and systems such as Shopify, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent command of German (verbal and written)
Good command of English
Strong team spirit and high motivation
