Responsibilities

- Du organisierst und führst Security, Load and Performance Tests in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Lieferanten durch
- Du analysierst die Ergebnisse der Tests und bist verantwortlich für Defect-Management und Rapportierung der Testfortschritte
- Du lebst den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess, um unsere Softwareentwicklung stetig weiterzuentwickeln
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Versicherung oder Informatik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Test Manager, vorzugsweise im Versicherungsumfeld und wenn möglich mit einer ISTQB- oder CAT-Zertifizierung
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Lebensversicherung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
