Coach and guide Associate-level team members
Identify themes across complex, technical, and scientific content
Anticipate stakeholder perspectives and translate insights into strategic implications
Innovate new ways to visualize and present insights
Develop strategic recommendations in areas such as brand strategy and change management
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing, account planning, communications, brand strategy, data analytics, consulting or a related field
Demonstrated experience working with technical, scientific, sustainability or policy-related content
Strong background in qualitative and/or quantitative research
Hands-on experience with AI tools applied to research and strategy work
Experience with research and survey platforms such as Qualtrics and Survey Monkey
Experience with data analytics and AI platforms such as Pulsar, ChatGPT, Claude AI
