Responsibilities
Drive business development through market analysis, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking
Support and guide sales teams in opportunity development, pipeline prioritization, and complex support cases
Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers through regular customer interaction and visits
Drive commercial aspects of product development, ensuring solutions meet market needs and customer workflows
Coordinate product launch readiness and ensure consistent product information across sales and marketing channels
Support pricing strategy, margin optimization, discount structures, and long-term product profitability
Ensure commercial documentation and product details are complete and accurate for internal and customer use
Work closely with the Navigation Business Unit Director and collaborate across sales, marketing, and engineering teams globally
Requirements
Strong commercial experience, ideally within technology, marine, industrial, or instrumentation-driven businesses
Relevant higher education in business, engineering, or a related field is an advantage
Proven experience in business development, commercial management, or sales leadership
Strong analytical skills and experience working with pricing, margins, and commercial performance
Experience collaborating closely with product management and technical development teams
Confidence in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Norwegian is a plus
