Responsibilities
- Drive business development through market analysis, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking
- Support and guide sales teams in opportunity development, pipeline prioritization, and complex support cases
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers through regular customer interaction and visits
- Drive commercial aspects of product development, ensuring solutions meet market needs and customer workflows

Requirements
- Strong commercial experience, ideally within technology, marine, industrial, or instrumentation-driven businesses
- Relevant higher education in business, engineering, or a related field is an advantage
- Proven experience in business development, commercial management, or sales leadership
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with pricing, margins, and commercial performance
- Experience collaborating closely with product management and technical development teams
- Confidence in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Norwegian is a plus
- A proactive, hands-on approach, with ability to empower others
