About the role

  • Sales Representative in the Koblenz/Trier region for Müller Group, focusing on retail development and customer promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Independent management and development of the Koblenz / Trier sales territory in the food retail sector.
  • Personal account management of retailers to drive sales, including distribution and shelf placement implementation.
  • Responsible for achieving agreed sales KPIs within the territory.
  • Execution of promotions, campaign coordination and secondary placements.
  • Documentation of all sales activities and regular travel (approx. 5 days/week).

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and at least 2 years of experience in food retail (LEH) or field sales.
  • Solid knowledge of food retail; FMCG and business/financial knowledge are advantageous.
  • High willingness to travel, driving license, strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Confident use of CRM systems desirable; German and English spoken and written.
