About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for the entire sales cycle for a SaaS digital onboarding solution. Collaborating closely with Customer Success and Marketing, focusing on client needs and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and analyzing the customer's situation across the entire organization and developing business cases for elearnio based on those insights
  • Conducting online demos and presentations with a detailed introduction of our service offering, with the goal of acquiring new customers
  • Closely collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to continuously optimize processes and services in the best interest of our customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders — especially within HR and C-level management
  • Developing and implementing lead generation strategies in close coordination with the Marketing team

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in selling B2B SaaS or B2B services, ideally in a mid-market / SME environment
  • Strong experience in realistic forecasting and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets on schedule
  • Excellent active listening skills and targeted, confident, proactive communication
  • Interest in technology products and software, particularly in the EdTech sector
  • Ability to win the trust and enthusiasm of prospective customers through positive, energetic, and creative outreach
  • Native-level German (C2)
