Responsibilities
Promocionar y posicionar la línea de Cardiometabólico, generando relaciones efectivas con médicos y farmacias del territorio asignado
Asegurar la prescripción y ventas de productos, cumpliendo y superando objetivos mediante visitas estratégicas y gestión efectiva de KPIs
Explorar oportunidades de negocio, identificando nuevos médicos y nichos con potencial de crecimiento
Implementar acciones de marketing y educación médica continua (EMC), alineadas a la estrategia comercial
Actuar conforme a los valores y políticas de Novo Nordisk, representando ética y profesionalmente la cultura de la compañía
Requirements
Título universitario en un área relevante (por ejemplo, negocios, marketing, ciencias de la vida)
Mínimo de 3-4 años de experiencia en ventas farmacéuticas o en un área relacionada
Historial comprobado de cumplimiento o superación de objetivos de ventas
Dominio en el uso de software CRM y otras herramientas de ventas
Disponibilidad para viajar semana y media a Tapachula
Deseable: Experiencia en canales público y privado, así como en lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
