About the role
- Product Manager in the Lending Experience team at Zopa. Shaping borrowing experiences with innovative features and propositions for customers.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the front-end product manager in the LendX team to deliver their target customer experience vision leveraging our market leading technology platforms
- Own the strategy and vision for our marketing and existing customer lending platforms
- Support a bank-wide single customer view to power our customer engagement strategies
- Day to day delivery of the LendX back-end roadmap, owning quarterly OKRs and outcomes
- Close collaboration with all product areas within Zopa to manage prioritisation of key lending outcomes across all areas of the business
- Build close relationships with key stakeholders such as all Product areas, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations & Finance
Requirements
- 5+ years working in a product role, ideally UK lending focused at a Fintech or consumer facing Financial Institution
- passionate about Product and comfortable working in an Agile product team environment
- experience with lending platforms and/or CRM platforms
- excited by Zopa’s journey and full of ideas to help grow
- outcomes focused and highly proactive, taking ownership of the product’s success
- experience acting as a leader in cross-functional teams
