About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for increasing sales performance in your territory.
  • Exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maximize profitability.
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans, including short- and long-term objectives.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong sales background selling complex solutions to distributors and/or end customers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability and motivation to work remotely and visit customers across the territory 3–4 days per week.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Fluent German and strong English skills.
