  • Territory Manager responsible for increasing sales performance in Germany's respiratory care sector. Building relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales performance in your territory.
  • Exceed sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify new sales opportunities.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and provide market feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong sales background selling complex solutions to distributors and and/or end customers.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and growing revenue.
  • Ability and motivation to work remotely and visit customers across the territory 3–4 days per week.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and effectively prioritize.
  • Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Fluent in German and strong English skills.
