Responsibilities
Coordinate and contribute to sales projects and tenders within the organization and with customers
Monitor follow-up processes for quotations and review and record customer orders
Drive the strategic development of our key account customers
Work closely with Key Account Managers, field sales, and cross-functional departments
Lead a 7-member inside sales team, including across multiple locations
Manage relationships with trade and industrial customers
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
Experience with electrotechnical tendering
Several years of sales experience, preferably in electrical wholesale, electrical trades, or the electrical industry
Leadership experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong interpersonal empathy and a motivating presence
Independent and reliable working style
Ability to take responsibility and strong communication skills
