About the role

  • Leading the Key Account Management team while enhancing customer strategies and overseeing sales projects. Collaborating with internal departments and managing a diverse team in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and contribute to sales projects and tenders within the organization and with customers
  • Monitor follow-up processes for quotations and review and record customer orders
  • Drive the strategic development of our key account customers
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers, field sales, and cross-functional departments
  • Lead a 7-member inside sales team, including across multiple locations
  • Manage relationships with trade and industrial customers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Experience with electrotechnical tendering
  • Several years of sales experience, preferably in electrical wholesale, electrical trades, or the electrical industry
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal empathy and a motivating presence
  • Independent and reliable working style
  • Ability to take responsibility and strong communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills
