About the role

  • Account Manager at Smith+Nephew to expand adoption of soft tissue fixation technology by collaborating with surgeons. Responsible for real-time support in surgical environments and onboarding new users.

Responsibilities

  • Help expand the adoption of soft tissue fixation technology by partnering closely with surgeons
  • Support surgeons throughout the onboarding process
  • Ensure successful real time use in surgical environments
  • Convert and onboard surgeons to the Tendon Seam technology
  • Guide surgical teams in operating rooms
  • Collect and communicate case data
  • Manage inventory within assigned area
  • Educate customers to ensure deep understanding of the product
  • Maintain strong awareness of competitive products
  • Complete billing for covered cases
  • Obtain and maintain credentialing across all relevant facilities
  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in biological science or business
  • Seven years of sales experience in orthopedics, ideally sports medicine
  • High integrity and strong work ethic
  • High energy, self motivation and a positive attitude
  • Computer proficiency
