About the role

  • Medical Affairs Program Manager responsible for developing impactful educational programs for healthcare professionals in sleep medicine and cardiology. Collaborating across teams and maintaining provider relationships for effective program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver impactful medical education for healthcare professionals in sleep medicine and cardiology
  • Partner with various teams to ensure educational programs support business strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
  • Interpret and communicate complex medical information clearly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 7-9 years experience clinical sleep medicine or cardiology required
  • Advanced clinical credentials preferred (e.g. NP, PA, RN) with specialty training in sleep medicine or cardiology preferred
  • Deep understanding of sleep medicine, including clinical practices and treatment modalities
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel for programs, stakeholder engagement, and professional conferences/seminars
