  • Business Analyst/Technical Writer focusing on state government projects and compliance. Requires strong technical writing and business analysis skills, with occasional office visits in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business analysis for state government projects
  • Create detailed documentation including process flows and technical writing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and standards
  • Create and review SOP documentation and visual aids in Microsoft applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an associate Degree with 2 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Technical Writing Experience
  • Ability to create effective and clear process flows/similar diagrams in PowerPoint or Visio
  • Simultaneously manage multiple reporting requirements
  • Schedule management and planning skills.
  • Experience supporting regulatory compliance projects
  • Experience with technical SOP documentation and graphic creation in Visio
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing.
