About the role

  • Experienced Procurement Specialist on a contract role managing supplier onboarding processes. Collaborating with teams to define agreements and ensure compliance in the growing renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring all due-diligence, compliance, and commercial requirements are met.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalise Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure clear performance expectations and measurable outcomes.
  • Support creation and execution of contracts, including commercial terms, pricing models, KPIs, and risk-mitigation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, technical, operations, sustainability) to ensure suppliers meet business, regulatory, and ESG standards.
  • Drive effective commercial negotiations that achieve best value and align with organisational objectives.
  • Maintain procurement records, templates, and reporting to support governance and audit requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes related to services, IT, and automotive supply chains.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement, ideally within services, IT, automotive, or EV-related environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex agreements
  • Experience drafting and managing SLAs and supplier performance frameworks
  • Ability to interpret technical and service-based requirements and translate them into robust commercial documents
  • Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, risk management, and compliance expectations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently at pace and manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
