About the role

• Procurement Manager responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers for EV charging and infrastructure assets. Ensuring cost-optimised compliant supply chains and lifecycle optimisation of charging assets at scale.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end sourcing, onboarding, contracting, and management of suppliers delivering critical O&M services for EV charging and infrastructure assets.
• Ensure resilient, cost-optimised, compliant supply chains for EV chargers, infrastructure maintenance.
• Partner closely with the global O&M organisation to ensure high availability, rapid response, and lifecycle optimisation of charging assets at scale.
• Own the global procurement strategy for O&M categories.
• Lead Tender (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes across UK markets supporting the wider business globally ensuring standardisation of SLA, contractual frameworks.
• Manage supplier due diligence, including technical capability, operational readiness, HSSE compliance, cybersecurity, and financial robustness.
• Act as the primary procurement partner for the global O&M organisation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, (Ideally Energy, EV, Utilities, Transportation)
• Experience managing technical O&M categories
• Comfortable operating in a fast growth, multicounty environment
• Demonstrated negotiation experience with service and hardware suppliers.
• Ideally previous experiencing operating in a EV business or strong background in O&M procurements
• Familiarity with EV chargers, asset maintenance lifecycles, or distributed infrastructure.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, contracting, and supplier risk management.
