About the role

  • Sales Operations Specialist providing analytical support for Sales Development Leadership teams at Zendesk. Creating dashboards, analyzing metrics, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and distribute comprehensive dashboards and reports specifically for SDR/BDR teams and leadership.
  • Analyze top-of-funnel metrics, including lead volumes, MQL/SQL conversion rates, persistence, and campaign performance.
  • Influence the design and scaling of AI-powered platforms integrated with our GTM stack to transform prospect engagement.
  • Resolve data quality issues within the initial funnel stages (Lead/Contact/Account) and maintain high hygiene standards across sales intelligence platforms.
  • Provide process support for xDRs and management, including resolving ticket escalations within Zendesk to solve daily tool and data queries.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Systems to ensure smart targeting and seamless workflows.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Development Operations, or business/system analysis.
  • Direct experience within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business narratives.
  • Experience with a GTM stack including Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, and Snowflake is an advantage.
  • Experience using Sales Intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo or Lusha is also an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
