About the role

  • Technical Onboarding Specialist facilitating onboarding for enterprise customers of Zello, a voice-first communication platform. Leading implementation and training sessions to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

  • lead multiple enterprise technical onboarding projects from kickoff to launch
  • create and improve onboarding playbooks, documentation, and checklists
  • run discovery sessions with new customers and define onboarding plans
  • configure and implement Zello according to customer use cases
  • lead customer-facing onboarding sessions and trainings
  • troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate as needed
  • document onboarding steps, decisions, and outcomes in CRM

Requirements

  • experience onboarding enterprise customers for a B2B SaaS product
  • technical fluency with integrations, APIs, mobile apps, or device based workflows
  • ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • organized with ability to manage multiple onboarding projects
  • clear and confident communication in writing and on calls
  • attention to detail and documentation skills
  • willingness to travel up to 50% based on customer needs
