About the role

  • HR Operations Specialist managing the employee lifecycle with a digital focus. Working in a hybrid setup to improve HR processes and employee experience in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Support across the entire employee lifecycle as the central point of contact for HR matters
  • Standardization and digitization of our HR processes
  • Designing a supportive onboarding experience for new colleagues
  • Reliable alignment of processes with HR colleagues and cross-functional departments
  • Helping to shape the digital People Operations landscape

Requirements

  • Several years of experience (3–5 years) in HR administration or People Operations
  • Commercial training with a focus on HR or a relevant degree
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and experience working with works councils
  • Proficient with HR systems such as GuideCom, SAP, or comparable tools
  • Experience in preliminary payroll processing is desirable
  • Initial experience with AI-powered tools or willingness to learn
  • Meticulous and structured working style
  • Very good German skills and conversational English
