Responsibilities
Support across the entire employee lifecycle as the central point of contact for HR matters
Standardization and digitization of our HR processes
Designing a supportive onboarding experience for new colleagues
Reliable alignment of processes with HR colleagues and cross-functional departments
Helping to shape the digital People Operations landscape
Requirements
Several years of experience (3–5 years) in HR administration or People Operations
Commercial training with a focus on HR or a relevant degree
Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and experience working with works councils
Proficient with HR systems such as GuideCom, SAP, or comparable tools
Experience in preliminary payroll processing is desirable
Initial experience with AI-powered tools or willingness to learn
Meticulous and structured working style
Very good German skills and conversational English
